PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training is a fully customised 1:1 coaching service designed around your specific goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Each session is tailored to you - from exercise selection and technique coaching to progressions, programming, and accountability. You’ll work closely with your coach to build strength, improve fitness, and train with complete confidence in a private, supportive environment.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Our SGPT sessions offer structured, progressive coaching for up to four people, giving you personalised guidance in a small group setting. Each 60-minute session follows the same programme but is individually tailored through customised weights, reps, and exercise variations. You’ll receive hands-on coaching and technique support to build strength, power, and confidence in a friendly, non-intimidating environment.

CONDITIONING CLASSES
Our Conditioning Classes are 45-minute, high-energy sessions for up to 8 people, designed to improve fitness, build resilience, and make training enjoyable. Each class includes a mix of engine, mixed circuits, hybrid, HIIT, functional movements, cardio, and strength work which is adapted to your level, so you can train hard, feel great, and progress safely without pressure or tracking.

As the lead on gym operations, he ensures every member receives the same level of dedication and discipline that he applies to his own training. He understands the mental and physical hurdles of starting from scratch because he has overcome them himself.

Large Group Training Lead
Nic is the heartbeat of our large group sessions. She thrives on the infectious energy of a class, ensuring that our conditioning zones are equal parts sweat, fun, and camaraderie. She creates an atmosphere where hard work feels easier because you’re doing it together, pushing the community to show up and show out.
Speciality: Effort, Commitment & Consistency
Philosophy: Give 100% of what you have today. Even if you only have 70% in the tank, giving that full 70% counts as your 100%.

Kyle is the technical anchor of our gym floor. With a deep background in strength development, he leads our SGPT with a forensic focus on form. He ensures that every member understands not just what to lift, but how to lift it, utilising progressive overload to build tangible strength and resilience without the risk of injury.
