The testing ground. We focus purely on hitting your Key Performance Indicators. Testing max lifts, time trials, and benchmark workouts to validate your progress and update your app data.

The perfect balance. We split the session down the middle. First half: Heavy compound strength work. Second half: High-intensity engine building. Get strong, get fit, go home.

Athletic development focus. Moving moderate weights fast. We combine strength lifts with jumps and explosive plyometrics to build raw speed and power output.
