I don't believe in "one size fits all." My career at The Strength Training Company has been dedicated to one thing: helping people achieve what they thought was impossible.
My coaching methodology combines old-school work ethic with modern sports science. I focus on building resilient, functional bodies that perform as well as they look.
I practice what I preach. Whether it's in the squat rack or on the road, I'm right there with you—having recently completed the Yorkshire Marathon, I understand first-hand the mental and physical dedication required to cross that finish line.
