At TSTC, we’re more than just a sports rehab clinic — we’re a performance-focused community built around helping people recover, rebuild, and reach their full potential.

We work with athletes of all levels, from everyday fitness enthusiasts to elite performers. We understand the unique demands every sport places on the body. We also support individuals pre- and post-musculoskeletal surgery, helping you recover and regain strength. If you’re willing to better yourself and improve, then you’re the patient for us, the one who will get results. Our focus is on helping you move better, whether it's walking pain-free, playing with your children, or performing at your best. We’re here to keep you active and enjoying the activities you love, at any stage of life.

We understand the frustration of being sidelined by pain, so we offer a comprehensive rehabilitation journey, from hands-on treatment to progressive rehab in our state-of-the-art gym and a personalised programme. Our approach is honest, evidence-based, and always tailored to your long-term performance and well-being.

Hi, I’m Nic, the founder of The Sports Therapy Clinic - Morley (TSTC).

My role now is overseeing the business and making sure our amazing team delivers the best possible care to every patient who walks through our doors. I’ve been lucky to hire our therapists here at TSTC who are not only highly skilled in their specialties but also genuinely caring and passionate about delivering our core values and I'm very proud of our team. I am also mentoring new clinicians and sports therapists around the UK and I am a part of Leeds Beckett Universities Alumni. You'll now see me running our SGPT and Conditioning classes at The Strength Training Company (our onsite gym), helping our members build strength, stay active, and reach their goals.

With extensive experience in professional football and rugby league clubs, I work closely with athletes and high-performance team players to deliver tailored rehab and training plans using our The Rehab to Results Pathway.

 

I specialise in helping those competing in team sports or aspiring to play professionally, focusing on long-term injury prevention and performance enhancement. My goal is to keep you strong, resilient, and ready for every challenge on and off the field.

Combining a degree in Sport Science with a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Therapy, I understand what it takes to perform at your best. As an accomplished long and triple jumper, I know the pressures of training, competition, and managing injuries (I've had lots).

 

Using massage, cupping, and compression boots, I create a bespoke recovery plan and tailor it to to each athlete, helping you recover faster, train harder, and stay in peak condition for every session.​

With a decade of experience in private clinical practice, I specialise in injury assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, specifically through posture and the kinetic chain helping anyone experiencing pain or discomfort.

 

As a Senior Sports Therapist and lecturer at Leeds Beckett University, I share my knowledge with future therapists while creating personalised rehab plans for every client. Using an empathetic approach, I guide individuals through recovery and performance enhancement, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.​

I developed a passion for helping others reach their potential. As Head Coach of our SGPT and Conditioning classes, I design tailored programmes that challenge, progress, and support every member while maintaining high standards in the gym

Injury Consultations

An initial assessment is the first step in understanding your unique needs and goals. During this session, we'll evaluate your medical history, physical condition, and any concerns you may have, helping us create a personalised plan for your rehabilitation, injury prevention, or performance improvement.

The Rehab to Results pathway

Our 12-week bespoke rehabilitation programme is designed to help you recover from injury and prevent future setbacks. Tailored to your needs, it combines rehab, treatment, and injury prevention strategies, with the added benefit of 1:1 sessions throughout. With continuous support and expert guidance, we’ll help you regain strength, reduce injury risk, and get you back to performing at your best.
