At TSTC, we’re more than just a sports rehab clinic — we’re a performance-focused community built around helping people recover, rebuild, and reach their full potential.

We work with athletes of all levels, from everyday fitness enthusiasts to elite performers. We understand the unique demands every sport places on the body. We also support individuals pre- and post-musculoskeletal surgery, helping you recover and regain strength. If you’re willing to better yourself and improve, then you’re the patient for us—the one who will get results. Our focus is on helping you move better—whether it's walking pain-free, playing with your children, or performing at your best. We’re here to keep you active and enjoying the activities you love, at any stage of life.

We understand the frustration of being sidelined by pain, so we offer a comprehensive rehabilitation journey, from hands-on treatment to progressive rehab in our state-of-the-art gym and a personalised programme. As the founder of The Sports Therapy Clinic - Morley (TSTC), I’m Nic & I'm committed to providing evidence-based, authentic care focused on helping individuals return to sport quickly, safely, and with lasting results. My approach is centred on personalised, data-driven rehabilitation plans that not only address injuries but also prevent them in the future. I work closely with each patient to ensure their recovery is both effective and sustainable, empowering them to achieve peak performance and long-term injury resilience.

I’m Tom, a Senior Sports Therapist at The Sports Therapy Clinic - Morley, with a decade of experience in private clinical practice. I also lecture at Leeds Beckett University, where I share my knowledge and experience with future sports therapists. My specialty is injury assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, and I work closely with each individual to create personalised rehabilitation plans that support their recovery and performance. I work with any person who is in pain or discomfort.  I take an empathetic approach to every patient, ensuring they receive the best care possible.

In 2021, I was stuck in a rut and struggling with motivation. I made the decision to adopt a healthier lifestyle, which led to me losing 6 stone and starting my fitness journey. Over time, I fell in love with fitness, prioritising performance over aesthetics, and pushing myself by competing in events like Hyrox, local gym competitions, and even running 10k a day for 70 consecutive days for charity.

I now support our sports therapists by delivering rehab programs in our rehabilitation gym, helping clients progress through their recovery while also providing personalised coaching to achieve their fitness goals. Helping others unlock their potential is my passion, and I am committed to guiding you every step of the way.

Leanne McPherson

Head Sports Masseuse

Hello, I’m Leanne, a sports therapist specialising in assessing, rehabbing and treating injuries for those that compete in team sports. I work closely with athletes to ensure they’re performing at their best, offering targeted pre- and post-sports event massages to prepare and aid recovery.

As the Head Sports Masseuse, I use a variety of treatment techniques, including cupping, to help athletes recover efficiently and stay injury-free. Whether it’s preparing your muscles for an event or helping them recover afterward, I’m dedicated to supporting you with bespoke care to enhance your performance and recovery.

Injury Consultations

An initial assessment is the first step in understanding your unique needs and goals. During this session, we'll evaluate your medical history, physical condition, and any concerns you may have, helping us create a personalised plan for your rehabilitation, injury prevention, or performance improvement.

Results to rehab pathway

Our 12-week bespoke rehabilitation programme is designed to help you recover from injury and prevent future setbacks. Tailored to your needs, it combines rehab, treatment, and injury prevention strategies, with the added benefit of 1:1 sessions throughout. With continuous support and expert guidance, we’ll help you regain strength, reduce injury risk, and get you back to performing at your best.

Our Sports and Deep Tissue Massages are perfect for both pre-event prep and post-event recovery. These treatments relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and speed up recovery, helping you stay at your best. Whether you're managing chronic pain or improving flexibility, our expert techniques support your performance and overall well-being.

small group personal training

Our Small Group Personal Training offers a powerful way to get stronger and perform better in a supportive, 4:1 class setting. With 15 classes available each week, you’ll receive personalized attention while training alongside like-minded individuals. Whether you’re looking to build strength or improve your performance, our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way.
