We know the drill. You push hard in the gym, and you grind hard at work. But without a dedicated recovery protocol, that intensity leads to burnout and injury.

Our yoga sessions are designed to be the antidote to modern life. We strip away the unnecessary and focus on what matters: breathing mechanics, joint health, and down-regulation of the nervous system.

Whether you're an athlete needing to loosen tight hips, or a corporate professional needing to switch off the noise, this is your reset button.

THE CORPORATE 

ATHLETE

You sit at a desk for 8 hours a day. Your posture is suffering, and your stress levels are high. Use this session to mobilise your spine and clear your head. 

PAIN MANAGEMENT

Nervous about returning to exercise after back pain? This is safe, supervised loading. We focus on Yin and Restorative protocols that support healing rather than aggravating injury.

DE-STRESS SEEKER

Sometimes you don't need to sweat; you need to breathe. Guided meditation and breathwork help you down-regulate your nervous system, improving sleep and reducing anxiety.

Hello, I’m Lucy!

It was my corporate job that forced me to find a practice that would help me with my back pain, my mounting stress and that constant feeling of overwhelm from all the demanding deadlines and long hours. Someone suggested I tried yoga, and I’ve never looked back.

Yoga became my lifeline during this challenging time: it helped ease my physical pain, but I also learned invaluable tools to navigate workplace pressure with greater calm and clarity. It helped me find balance.

This journey ignited my passion to share what I’ve learnt.

I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training in Leeds in 2022 I have also trained in Goa, India, at the Sarvagina School. completing my 100-hour Meditation Teacher Training. Since then, I have also completed further training in:

  • Hatha Yoga

  • Yin Yoga

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Pregnancy Yoga

I’m also a qualified Breath Coach and Reiki practitioner.

Outside of class, I’m a proud Yorkshire lass and can often be found with a strong cuppa in hand. I love to explore and enjoy nothing more than to talk about all things travel and books.
