Service Description

Can't decide between lifting heavy or getting a sweat on? This session gives you both. It is the ultimate "bang for your buck" workout, designed to develop a complete, well-rounded athlete by packing three training modalities into one cohesive session. The workout begins with two structured blocks dedicated to Strength and Power. Here, we focus on moving heavy loads and explosive mechanics—utilising barbells and dynamic movements to build raw force and muscle tissue. We take the time to ensure your technique is solid and your output is high. Once the heavy lifting is done, the gears shift completely. The final 20 minutes is pure Engine-style conditioning. We strip away the complexity and ramp up the heart rate with high-intensity cardio intervals designed to empty the tank. It is a brutal but effective combination: build the muscle, then test the lungs.
