Service Description
KPI Strength is our premium Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) offering. With a strictly limited capacity of just 4 people, this session bridges the gap between a group class and 1-on-1 coaching. You get the camaraderie of a team but the specific technical attention of a private session. The name says it all: Key Performance Indicators. We don't guess; we measure. The training is organised into structured 12-week cycles focused on specific compound lifts. We break this down into two 6-week blocks designed to progressively overload your muscles and refine your technique. Block 1 (Weeks 1-6): We build the foundation, focusing on volume and movement quality. Block 2 (Weeks 7-12): We dial up the intensity, lowering the reps and increasing the load. The cycle culminates in a "Test and Re-test" phase, giving you tangible proof of your progress. If you want to get stronger, move heavy loads safely, and have a coach watching every single rep to correct your form, this is where you belong. Stop exercising and start training.
