Service Description
Hybrid is where strength meets endurance. This is our "do it all" class, combining technical barbell & dumbbell lifts, running intervals, and functional fitness into one cohesive 45-minute session. It draws elements from both Engine and Mixed Circuits but turns up the dial by introducing resistance training and outdoor elements. Limited to 8 people, this small-group setting allows our coaches to ensure your lifting form is on point while pushing you to hit new personal bests. If you want to lift heavy, run fast, and become a well-rounded athlete, this is the class for you. Bring your energy and prepare for a full-spectrum workout.
