With two in-person sessions per month, this option is perfect for people who value regular check-ins, accountability, and hands-on coaching to ensure their training form is on point and they’re moving efficiently toward their goals.
This programme is especially suited to those who are motivated but understand the value of expert feedback to stay consistent and avoid setbacks. Whether you’re working towards a performance milestone or simply want to train smarter, you’ll benefit from a structured, evidence-based plan with a clear 7-day training structure — including guidance around recovery, rest days, and progressive overload.
