Throughout the session, he also provides personalised training advice to prevent injury and improve your results. Pre-Event Sports Massage Preparing for a race, match, or competition? A pre-event sports massage helps get your body and mind ready. Using lighter, faster techniques, it focuses on: Stimulating blood flow to warm up muscles Improving flexibility and joint range of motion Reducing muscle tension and stress Mentally preparing you for your upcoming challenge For maximum benefits, we recommend booking this massage about 72 hours before your event or session. The focus is on targeting specific muscle groups for 5–10 minutes each. Post-Event Sports Massage A post-event sports massage helps speed up recovery after intense physical activity.
