Service Description

If you're scared of big commercial gyms, if you want somewhere different to train, if you want to train in our space by yourself then we're welcoming you in to our rehab gym to come and max your performance! If you need a programme to follow, we can discuss and have a consultation to see how we can help and create a specific and bespoke programme for you.

Cancellation Policy

Due to current demand we have a 72 hour cancellation policy (Usually 48 hours). We have patients that are currently on a waiting list who require our help as soon as possible. Please do let us know at your earliest convenience if you are unable to attend your appointment or would like to rearrange.
