Yoga
Restore movement, improve mobility, and reset your mind.
Service Description
Life puts a lot of demand on your body, whether you are chasing personal bests in the gym or sitting at a desk for eight hours a day. This 45-minute session is the perfect antidote to the modern corporate lifestyle and the rigors of general training. We focus heavily on "un-doing" the hunch, opening up tight hips, releasing tension in the shoulders, and mobilising the lower back. It is designed to help you move better in everyday life and squat deeper in your workouts. This is about building a durable body that can handle both the stress of a deadline and the intensity of a workout. With a strict cap of 8 people, this isn't a crowded studio where you get lost in the back. You get personal attention to ensure you are safe and effective in every pose. It is an essential weekly reset to clear your head, fix your posture, and keep your body functioning at 100%
