Service Description
Start your Sunday with our run club, open to all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to build endurance, improve your pace, or just enjoy running with others, this session is a great way to start your weekend. Each run includes a structured route, pacing guidance, and a short post-run mobility session to aid recovery. No pressure, just a chance to get moving, stay consistent, and enjoy the process. Come along and run at your own pace—we’d love to have you!
Cancellation Policy
For SGPT classes we have 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time frame, 3 times over 3 months will result in removal for our SGPT sessions. We have clients that are currently on a waiting list who would like to get results from our classes.
