Service Description

This Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) session is dedicated to building a robust, resilient body capable of handling the demands of sport and life. We combine three critical pillars of performance: Power: Teaching your body to produce force quickly. Plyometrics: Developing elasticity and impact tolerance. Stability: Mastering control to protect your joints and ligaments. This class is ideal for anyone looking to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. Whether you are returning from an injury or actively working to prevent one ("prehab"), we use various complexities of movement to challenge your coordination and balance. Because this is an SGPT session capped at just 4 people, we can safely coach complex, dynamic movements that wouldn't be possible in a larger group. It is about longevity and function - building a body that doesn't just look fit, but works efficiently and stays unbreakable.
