Start your Sunday with our conditioning class, open to all fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to build endurance, increase strength, or just enjoy a great workout with others, this session is the perfect way to kick off your day. Each class includes a mix of functional strength work, high-energy circuits, and mobility exercises to challenge your fitness while keeping it engaging and effective. No pressure—just a chance to move, stay consistent, and feel your best. Come train with us—we’d love to have you!


Cancellation Policy

For SGPT classes we have 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time frame, 3 times over 3 months will result in removal for our SGPT sessions. We have clients that are currently on a waiting list who would like to get results from our classes.
