Service Description

Boredom isn’t an option in Mixed Circuits. This 45-minute session is designed to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged. We utilize structural formats like AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) and EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) to maximise your output and keep the intensity high. Expect a fun, fast-moving environment where you race against the clock alongside a small team of just 8 participants. This class is perfect for those who love variety and want to challenge their fitness threshold in a supportive, high-energy atmosphere. The clock is the boss—can you keep up?


Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions: Conditioning Classes By booking a Conditioning class with TSTC- gym, you agree to the following policies. 1. Booking & Capacity Advance Booking Essential: Due to limited capacity, drop-ins at the door cannot be accommodated. You must book and pay for your class online in advance. Class Limits: To maintain safety and quality, classes are strictly limited to 8 participants. Waitlists: If a class is full, please join the waitlist. You will be notified if a space becomes available. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We enforce a strict 12-hour cancellation policy out of respect for our coaches and other members. Early Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the class starts without penalty. Your credit will remain on your account. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within the 12-hour window are considered "Late Cancellations." You will forfeit the class credit. No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without notice is treated as a Late Cancellation and the credit will be lost. 3. Memberships & PAYG Payments Upfront Payment: All memberships and PAYG credits must be paid for in full prior to booking. Memberships (Failed Payments): In the event of a failed membership payment (e.g., declined card), your account will be immediately suspended. You will be prohibited from booking or attending classes until the outstanding balance is settled. No Refunds: All membership fees and class purchases are non-refundable. Non-Transferable: Memberships and class packs are for individual use only and cannot be shared. 4. Arrival & Protocol Arrival Time: Please arrive and be ready to train at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late Arrivals: The warm-up is mandatory for injury prevention. If you arrive after the class has started and miss the warm-up, you may be refused entry. Equipment: Please bring your own water bottle and sweat towel. You may be required to sanitise equipment after use. Attire: Appropriate gym attire and clean indoor trainers must be worn at all times. 5. Health & Waiver Physical Activity: You acknowledge that Conditioning classes involve high-intensity physical exertion which carries inherent risks. You agree to participate at your own risk. Medical Disclosure: You must disclose any current injuries or medical conditions to the instructor before the class starts so modifications can be offered. Liability: TSTC - Gym accepts no liability for any injury or illness resulting from participation.
