This programme is designed for individuals who are ready to take their recovery, training, and performance to the next level. It’s ideal for those in the late stages of rehabilitation who want to keep progressing while preventing future injuries, as well as those who are goal-driven or event-focused and want a structured plan to work towards. It’s also suited to individuals who value accountability and expert guidance but don’t require high-contact support — with just one in-person session per month, it’s perfect for those who are self-sufficient, educated on proper training form, and simply need regular check-ins to stay on track. If you’re someone who thrives with a detailed, 7-day-per-week structure, appreciates help in managing recovery and rest days, and wants to train using evidence-based principles delivered by expert coaches, this programme is for you. It’s built for those with high expectations of themselves and a strong desire to perform at their best.
