Our exercise classes are designed to help you train smart, get stronger, and stay consistent.
We focus on injury prevention through expert form correction, tailored programming, and progress tracking via our training app. With guidance from our skilled sports therapists and coaches, you’ll build strength, improve fitness, and work towards your goals with confidence and support.

General 
fitness

Our cardio and conditioning sessions are all about getting your heart healthier and your fitness levels up — no matter where you're starting from.
With a mix of steady-state cardio, interval training, and conditioning blocks, each session is designed to improve your endurance, boost your energy, and help you feel fitter week by week. You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start — we’ll meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.

Our strength sessions are designed to help you build muscle, maintain it, and stay strong for life — no matter your starting point.
With structured strength training, progressive overload, and expert guidance, we focus on increasing muscle mass, improving bone density, and helping you feel more capable in your body. You don’t need to already be strong to begin — we’ll guide you through every lift, every rep, and every win along the way.

PERFORMANCE 
ENHANCEMENT

Our exercise classes is designed to enhance your performance by helping you achieve new PBs, enjoy your training, and push your limits. With personalised programming and expert coaching, we focus on maximising your efforts while keeping the process fun and rewarding. Our approach challenges you to reach your full potential, offering the right balance of intensity and recovery. Coaches are always there to encourage and support you, ensuring you stay motivated and on track to surpass your fitness goals.

S&C - Strength & Conditioning - Our strength and conditioning class empowers you with tailored workouts to build strength, enhance endurance, and improve overall fitness.

 

SC&P - Stability, Core & Power - Our stability, core, and power class focuses on enhancing core strength, balance, and explosive power for optimal performance and injury prevention.

C - Conditioning - Our Conditioning class helps you build your aerobic base, your engine whilst also pushing your limits.

 

R&C - Run OR Conditioning CLUB - Our run & conditioning class combines high-energy conditioning and different variations of running to improve your aerobic capacity.
